Once this has been done, lay back and breathe in through your nose and mouth to aid you to sleep. Body Oil: Apply sparingly to clean skin before bed time. For best results, use after a bath or shower. Bath Soak: Add a spoonful of bath salts as you run your bath. Sleep Balm: Apply onto pulse points to calm and relax.
