Dust It Mattifying Powder has an OSiS Control Level of 1 for natural movement and style.
Directions of use:
- Rub the powder in your hands and it turns into a paste.
- Alternatively shake directly into dry hair and manipulate into desired style.
- For extra root volume you can apply Dust It directly to the roots.
- For extra line separation apply more powder in small amounts where needed.
