服用方法
Arnicare Gel:Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Hel to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury.
Arnica 30C Pellets: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.
Other Ingredients: Arnicare Gel:, Alcohol, Carbomer, Purified water, Sodium Hydroxide, Arnicare 30C Pellets:, Lactose, Sucrose
