服用方法
As a dietary supplement, take one serving (1 capsule) prior to breakfast, and take your second serving mid day. Do NOT take past 4-5PM. Taking LIV late in the day can interfere with sleep. Take for 8-12 weeks, followed by a 4 week break before restarting. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Do NOT exceed recommended dose.
