服用方法
LAST 10 LBS® is a potent thermogenic so individual tolerances vary. It is important to achieve your comfort with each stage before increasing your dosage. From day 1 to day 3, take two tablets in the morning with a glass of water. Day 4 and beyond, take two tablets in the morning with a glass of water and another two tablets in the afternoon. Ensure each dosage is spaced apart a minimum of 4 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in a 24-hour period. Avoid snacking, and drink 10 glasses of water each day. Avoid usage within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and training. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.
