服用方法
Take one serving (2 capsules) with an 8 oz. glass of water 30-45 minutes before breakfast, and/or lunch.
MORNING: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before breakfast.
AFTERNOON: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before lunch.
Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day while on this product.
This product should not be taken within 6 hours before bed.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose
Warning: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
