服用方法
Directions: Take 1 serving (4 tablets) with water.Directions for Weight Loss: Take 1 serving (4 tablets) 2 times daily, 30 to60 minutes before your 2 largest meals (e.g., breakfast and lunch).For best results, use in conjunction with diet and exercise for 60 days.Directions for Energy: Take 1 serving (4 tablets) with water and consume30 minutes before your workout. On days you do not work out, take1 serving (4 tablets) with water in the morning. Do not take within 5 hoursof bedtime. Do not exceed 2 servings (8 tablets) in a 24-hour period. Readthe entire label before use and follow directions provided.
