服用方法
Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 8 to 16 oz. of water and drink once daily. On training days, mix 2 scoops with 16 oz. ofwater and drink pre-workout. As with all creatine products, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. This product is suitable to stack with other EPIQ™ products.
