服用方法
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop (11.5g) BCAA 12400™ in 8-10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. For best results, take 2 servings daily, 30 minutes before workout and/or immediately after workout or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
Note: 2 scoops = 12400mg of Pure Free Form Branched Chain Amino Acids.
