服用方法
Take one serving (3 capsules) on an empty stomach 60-90 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 6 CAPSULES PER DAY. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
Other Ingredients: Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Purified Water, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40), Magnesium Stearate, Talc, Silicon Dioxide, Medium Chain Triglycerides (Caprylic Acid, Lauric Acid, Capric Acid)
